GoalSteps is a structured monthly contribution plan designed to help clients build capital steadily over a defined period; typically twelve months. Participants deposit a fixed amount each month. At the end of the term, they receive the full accumulated principal along with a predetermined profit yield.
Within the dashboard, users have access to all key account information through clearly organized tabs. These sections include details for each investment product—such as GoalSteps, Lock & Earn, and Active Loans. The dashboard also provides comprehensive records of all transactions, including Deposit History and Withdrawal History, enabling clients to monitor and manage their accounts with transparency and ease.
To initiate a withdrawal, navigate to your Dashboard. At the top of the dashboard’s navigation bar, you will find the Deposit section, which opens your Deposit History and also provides access to the Deposit action button for adding funds. The same streamlined process applies to withdrawals: selecting the corresponding Withdraw option allows you to review your Withdrawal History and submit a new withdrawal request.
